Refund and Returns Policy

At Paragon Innovations, every piece we create โ whether a ready-made item from our collection or a fully customized design โ is produced using CNC milling, laser cutting, and 3D printing techniques on premium hardwoods and materials. Because many of our products are handcrafted and made to order, our refund and returns process works a little differently depending on the type of item you purchased. Please read the terms below carefully before placing your order.
1. Two Types of Products, Two Sets of Rules
A. Ready-Made / In-Stock Items
(e.g. items available for immediate purchase in our Home Decoration or Furniture collections, not marked as “Customized”)
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with no signs of installation, wear, or alteration.
- Natural materials such as wood may show minor variations in grain, tone, or texture โ this is a normal characteristic of handcrafted hardwood pieces and is not considered a defect.
B. Customized & Made-to-Order Items
(e.g. items ordered through our “Customized Orders” category, or any product where you selected custom dimensions, wood type, finish, color, or design modifications)
- Because these items are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold, customized and made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defect or transit damage (see Section 3).
- Before production begins, we will confirm your specifications with you. Please review your order details carefully, as production starts shortly after confirmation and changes cannot be guaranteed once fabrication has begun.
2. How to Request a Return (Ready-Made Items Only)
- Email us at paragoninnovationseg@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect (see Section 3).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging every piece, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered โ including customized pieces โ we will make it right.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at paragoninnovationseg@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Depending on the situation, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Do not discard the original packaging until your claim has been resolved, as it may be needed for the courier’s damage assessment.
4. Non-Returnable Items
In addition to customized/made-to-order pieces, the following are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased on clearance, discount, or marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards or loyalty reward redemptions
- Items that have been installed, assembled, or altered after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorization from our team
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7โ14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
- If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us if the issue persists.
6. Order Cancellations
- Ready-made items: may be cancelled free of charge if the order has not yet shipped.
- Customized/made-to-order items: may be cancelled only before production begins. Once fabrication has started, cancellation is no longer possible, as materials and labor have already been committed to your specific design.
7. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for ready-made items with manufacturing defects, subject to availability. If you’d like a different design, size, or finish, we recommend placing a new Customized Order and requesting a return of the original (if eligible under Section 2).
